“A new October 2026 lot from the Hambela Deri area of Guji, Ethiopia, grown between 2,100 and 2,150 metres and processed as a natural. Glitch Coffee built its reputation on precision light roasts in Tokyo, and this Ethiopian is roasted to keep the natural process's fruit sweetness in balance. The variety is JARC 74110, a selection bred by Ethiopia's Jimma Agricultural Research Centre from local heirloom strains.”
