“Finca La Providencia is run by Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez, both from long lines of Salvadoran coffee producers, in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range at 1,100-1,300 metres. This Caturra lot is processed anaerobic natural and roasted for espresso, showing red grape and blackberry over a dark chocolate base.”
