“Abdo Aba Mecha produces this washed lot in Illbu Kebele (village) in Ethiopia's Jimma Zone, at 1,900-2,100 metres above sea level. Working with the JARC 74110 variety, Abdo selects only the ripest cherries before hand-pulping them in the evening. After washing the following morning, the coffee is protected from direct sunlight on pre-drying tables, then transferred to raised beds to dry for around 14 days.”
