“Tanoh Gayo is a two-part Aceh blend: 65% Gayo Leuser wet hulled coffee paired with 35% Gayo Anoxia natural, grown between 1,500 and 1,700 masl on mixed varieties. The wet-hulled component brings the weight and low acidity Sumatra is known for, while the Anoxia natural adds a fruit-forward top note from its sealed-tank fermentation. Together the cup lands on citrus, wild berry and brown sugar. Roasted in Bandung by fugol, a roastery that has built its name on Nusantara-origin coffee and counts the 2022 Indonesia Brewers Cup title among its credentials.”
