“Fuglen released Yonal Fernandez's coffee as a filter earlier in the year; this is his Yellow Caturra as an espresso roast. Grown on La Mandarina in Colasay, Jaén, Cajamarca, at 1,900 m, washed, 2025 harvest. The trait Fuglen picks up across his coffees is a bright, soft acidity: plum and marmalade spread through a rounded body, raisin sweetness and cacao in the finish.”
