“This is the espresso roast of the Augusto Borges Ferreira coffee Fuglen also sells as a filter. Grown on the Capadócia farm in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, Sul de Minas, at 1,100 m from Yellow Bourbon, natural process, 2025 harvest. The cup is calm and gentle: nuts and cacao nibs with a soft grape-like fruitiness, and it takes milk particularly well, so flat whites and lattes turn noticeably sweeter.”
