Cherries come from smallholder farms in Tolima, Huila and Caldas at around 1,750 m; the mixed lots (Castillo, Caturra, Colombia) are honey processed and inoculated with a strawberry and yeast culture before drying. The 2026 edition is the same expressive profile the series is known for: candied strawberry, citrus and vanilla, with a creamy body.”
