“Jaggery Trail is a Yellow Honey coffee from Kaapikaadu Estate, a coffee forest in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, sitting at 950 metres among natural lakes and adjacent to reserve forest. It is produced by third-generation planter Austin Lobo; only ripe cherries are selectively picked and slowly dried on raised beds to preserve natural sweetness. Roasted Light Plus, the jaggery sweetness leads the cup, followed by soft red apple and pear, with a gentle orange-zest lift as it cools.”
