“Roger Antonio Dominguez Marquez farms three parcels of three to five hectares in Marcala, La Paz, land his family has held since the early 1990s, and he is particular about how his coffee is wet-milled and dried. This lot is Catuai and Lempira, washed, grown at 1,500 masl and harvested December to March. Fox Coffee roasts it for espresso and prints toffee, praline and dried fruit on the bag.”
