“Alveiro Antonio Muñoz has farmed the steep highlands of San Lorenzo, Nariño for more than two decades, tending 2.5 hectares in the corregimiento of El Carmen. His wife Mireya and two daughters work alongside him, one of them a professional in agroforestry. This 2025-harvest lot is fermented for 48 hours and dried slowly over 10 to 15 days in parabolic dryers.”
