His grandfather on his mother's side was one of the first coffee producers in Pozo Negro, and his wife Teresa and the family help keep production costs down. Foundry picked Intibucá deliberately: most specialty buyers in Honduras concentrate on Santa Bárbara, while this lesser-known department shows real depth and potential.”
