“This 250 g filter lot comes from two washing stations in Muyinga, northern Burundi: Nyagishiru CWS, which collects cherry from 12 nearby hills, and Busasa CWS, which works with roughly 1,600 farmers. Grown between 1,600 and 1,750 metres on mineral-rich volcanic soils and processed as a natural anaerobic Red Bourbon, it is scored 86.25.”
