“Erika Tellez was born and raised in Arauca in a cattle-farming family, trained as a nurse, and moved to Huila in 2021 with her husband, where they managed neighbouring farms for three years before buying their own. She taught herself processing and built her own protocols from scratch; this is one of her first lots. Pink Bourbon grown at 2,050 m in Santa Maria, Huila and washed in August 2026, it cups bright and direct: rainier cherry, plum cherry, pink lady apple, nectarine and light citrus over a pointed stone-fruit acidity and medium body.”
