“Tadese Teko farms eight hectares at Shale, a small village near Worka in southern Ethiopia, between 1,780 and 2,100 masl on deep red clay soils. The lot belongs to a Single Farmer Project that keeps traceability to one producer even though most coffee at the nearby Halo Beriti washing station is blended from hundreds of smallholder deliveries. Tadese fertilises only with organic material, and this washed coffee is Five Elephant's holiday filter release for 2026.”
