“El Ciprés is a shaded fold of Finca Majahual, whose slope shields the coffee from direct sun for most of the day. Replanted over the last twenty years from the farm's older Red Bourbon trees, it sits at 1,350-1,700 masl in the Los Naranjos Valley, Sonsonate, and is dried as a natural on raised beds and in the greenhouses for 25 to 28 days. In the cup: rum raisin chocolate, honeydew melon and grapefruit.”
