“A washed regional coffee created by 51 organic producers from the ASOPCAFA association, spread across Aipe and Neiva in North Huila and Ataco in Tolima along the departmental border. Grown between 1,600 and 1,950 masl, the association holds international certifications including JAS, EU Organic, COR and USDA NOP. Aroma is sweet with caramel and cane sugar, the flavor follows with long-lasting hazelnut-touched aftertaste.”
