Highlights
“Excelsa is one of coffee's rarest cultivated species, and this lot comes from the Wandhe Family Estate in Wonosalam, East Java, grown at 650 masl. The family built the cup around a Hypoxia Natural Inoculation process, fermenting the cherries in an oxygen-restricted environment to develop sweetness. The result is a full-bodied espresso with a fruit-led profile and a comparatively low caffeine content.”
