“Competition-grade coffee from the El Diviso farm in Colombia, run by Nestor Lasso and family, specialists in world-class process development. Aji Bourbon takes its name from the elongated chili-shaped cherries (Aji in Spanish). The cup stands out with floral, citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit characters backed by high sweetness, with some lots showing a faint spice note. This is one of the coffees Mikael Jasin used to claim the 2024 World Barista Championship.”
