“TAKE A SIP Washed coffee from the Jampit Estate in East Java, Indonesia. Most Indonesian coffee is wet-hulled and earthy — this one is fully washed, so it comes out cleaner and more balanced. Cherry sweetness up front, molasses through the middle, cocoa on the finish. Clean enough to drink black, with enough body to take milk. A different side of Indonesia than our Sumatra. The washed processing keeps it bright and balanced instead of dark and earthy.”
