“Patlanalan is a remote community in the Sierra Madre Oriental of Puebla, where smallholder families work coffee plots shaded by banana and ice cream bean trees near a mountain lagoon. In recent years, the community shifted from natural to washed processing under water protection rules, yielding brighter, cleaner cups. This lot gathers Mundo Novo, Sarchimor, and Yellow Caturra from collaborating small-scale producers.”
