This organic, fair-trade decaf comes from COMSA in Marcala, Honduras, a cooperative founded in December 2001 whose members pioneered their own organic practices and now number over 1,200 with a waiting list. Grown at 1,300-1,800 m, washed, then decaffeinated by the Mountain Water Process. Tasting notes are milk chocolate and sweetness; cupping score 83.5.”
