Heirloom coffee grows at 1,800-2,150 metres around Shekiso, where Ken Bon is run by mother and daughter Aisha and Danya alongside neighbouring smallholders. Blueberry leads the cup, with cashew and cacao filling in underneath and a rich, syrupy body.”
