“This organic lot from Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highland Province is made entirely from 97 smallholder farms and takes its name from the community in which it is grown. The region's high altitudes, fertile volcanic soils, and winding waterways create ideal conditions for coffee. Smallholder farmers here cultivate coffee alongside plantain, bananas, and yams on plots averaging just 2 hectares, with coffee serving as their primary source of income.”
