Highlights
“Flying Pumas sits in the highlands of Volcán, Panama at 1,650–2,000 masl, where 60 hectares of coffee are farmed alongside 120 hectares of protected conservation land. Every lot is named after an animal living in the surrounding cloud forest — this one honours the hummingbird. The Geisha was processed as a honey with controlled anaerobic fermentation, then dried slowly to protect the variety's floral aromatics and layered sweetness. Expect deep chocolate and cherry up front, then juicy cherry, pomegranate and hibiscus, a sweet-tart middle, and a medium body that finishes long with dried rose.”
