“Rwenzori comes from a smallholder project in Uganda's Western region, set up by Detour's importing partner Mountain Harvest, which expanded into the area in 2022 and built its first washing station in the Rwenzori Mountains. Seth Nduwayo, a processing technician, leads the work on cup quality and farmer impact, and a second washing station followed for the 2024 season. This lot was dried as a natural with the fruit still on the seed, which Detour roasts for espresso.”
