“Hulikere Estate spreads over 100 hectares in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, against the Baba Budangiri range, with Hulikere Shreedev growing selections 795, 9, 5B, Chandragiri and Robusta CxR between 1,100 and 1,370 metres. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness and processed the same day: float removal, de-pulping, natural fermentation and drying on clay brick-lined yards. The cup is warming and dense, cinnamon and roasted nuts over clove tea, finishing like dark chocolate.”
