“Sourced from the Incuti washing station in Kayanza province, Northern Burundi, serving local smallholder farmers in the surrounding hills. These backyard farms produce small harvests of Red Bourbon coffee grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil at 1,500-2,000m. Handpicked cherries are floated, depulped, fermented, and sun-dried on raised beds.”
