Ejo Heza means brighter tomorrow in Kinyarwanda and was founded after the Rwandan genocide with a mission of rebuilding community and creating lasting economic opportunity for women in the region. This year's crop is described as the most vibrant yet—juicy, dynamic, and brilliantly crisp with a fruit-forward energy reminiscent of the best Kenyan lots. The cooperative is an all-women's producer subgroup within the larger Kopakama cooperative, and year after year their coffee speaks for itself.”
