“Finca La Sierra sits in Santa Ana, La Paz, Honduras, owned and operated by Jocsan Otoniel Mendoza and his family, who work steadily to grow and process high-quality coffee. This lot of Parainema and Pacamara was processed as a natural and dried on solar beds. It is one of very few Honduras releases on DOCR's menu and the roaster's first time working with Jocsan, through a new partnership with Honduran Coffee Alliance. As innovation and cup scores rise at origin, DOCR is glad to return to the country after a number of years away.”
