“The most floral coffee Delicate has had from the Parra family, and the first Gesha they have released on their own site. Cherries from Finca El Mirador in Pitalito, Huila are floated for a second selection, held 24 hours in open tanks, depulped and fermented another 50 hours in closed tanks, then washed and dried 2-3 weeks in sun-bed driers. Roasted 21 October 2026.”
