“Delicate's first Alo selection, from Faficho Village in Bensa, Sidama, processed at Tamiru Tadesse's Safo main station. Cherries are mechanically depulped and washed straight away to remove the mucilage, preventing any fermentation at all, then dried 7-12 days on shaded raised beds. The zero-ferment method gives an extremely clean, layered washed cup. Roasted 21 October 2026.”
