Highlights
“From Murago Kebele in Bensa, Sidama — one of Ethiopia's most respected high-elevation regions — this lot comes from smallholder producers farming around 1,881 masl. After hand-sorting and flotation, the cherries are depulped with mucilage intentionally preserved for a Black Honey process, then dried slowly on shaded raised beds over 10–14 days. The result is a sweet, textured cup with tropical and stone fruit character.”
