“Kotowa was founded in 1913 and is now run by fourth-generation Ricardo Koyner and his daughter Victoria; Las Brujas is among its most iconic farms, known for expressive Gesha. This natural lot was harvested 29 January 2026 and dried in a thick 15 cm layer under a black tarp, turned twice a day for ten days, then spread to a 10 cm layer for eleven more, rested two days at the mill and finished three days in a static dryer at 35°C. Roasted 27 October 2026.”
