Highlights
“Plum sweetness and tangerine brightness open the cup with caramel softening the finish. A washed Caturra and Castillo blend from volcanic highlands between 1,700 and 2,000m, this lot from the Paeces tribe smallholders earned a cupping score above 86. Clean structure with enough fruit lift to stand out in the filter rotation.”
