“Produced by C. Dorman Rwanda, this naturally processed coffee is grown by 603 smallholder farmers in the Kanjongo Sector of Nyamasheke District, situated between 1,830 and 1,950 metres above sea level. High-quality red cherries are sorted and floated in water tanks to remove defects before being dried on shaded mesh tables for 35 to 40 days.”
