“Poppy Soda is the Pink Bourbon that DAK buys from Sebastián Ramírez at El Placer in Quindío, Colombia, grown between 1,650 and 2,000 metres. It goes through a multi-stage washed process, but the cup is all clarity rather than technique: lemonade, jasmine tea and ripe peach, with the bright, almost carbonated lift that gave the coffee its name.”
