“Blackberry Dust is a late-harvest natural from the Buku Abel washing station in Guji, collected from around 400 smallholders farming heirloom varieties between 1,900 and 2,100 metres. The cup is fruity and sweet — blackberry, wild strawberry and blueberry yoghurt — with a soft, creamy finish.”
