With degrees in Agronomy and Agricultural Microbiology, she focuses on controlled fermentation and post-harvest quality. Her coffees won 1st place in the Cerrado Mineiro region in 2024 and runner-up in 2025 at the Minas Gerais Coffee Quality Competition.”
