“Julio Bastidas is a proud heir to Colombian coffee, representing the Cedro Alto Collective for the past five years. This lot comes from the San Isidro Labrador family farm, founded by his grandparents and uncles. Produced using a natural process with bag/tank fermentations, the coffee achieves a cup profile with pronounced notes of ripe fruit. Despite adversities including an attack by land pirates on the way to the port, this coffee made it through.”
