“Finca Las Anonas belongs to the Don Senel project run by Senel Campos and his son Allan in Brunca, Costa Rica, where the family has grown coffee since 1968. The farm, bought in 2007 and planted in 2010, sits at 1,600 to 1,750 metres below Cerro Chirripó and now carries Catiguá, F1 hybrids, SL28 and a trial plot of Arará. This Catiguá lot was processed natural reposado at the Don Senel micromill with pH and Brix measurements guiding fermentation.”
