Producer Flhor Zelaya Ontreras has farmed organically since age five and holds biodynamic certification. She manages an all-female cooperative and has partnered with Cafe Kreyol and Cafe Femenino for an entrepreneurship program for indigenous women. The name 18 Rabbit honors Uaxaclajuun Ub'ah K'awiil, the 13th ruler of the ancient Mayan city of Copan.”
