Highlights

“From the Halo Beriti washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, managed by Boledu Coffee. The station works with over 1,000 Gedeo smallholders whose family-managed plots sit at 1,950–2,300m. This washed Grade 1 lot is fermented in tanks, washed in channels, and dried on raised beds for 10–12 days. Varieties are local Ethiopian landraces Wolisho and Dega.”
