“This coffee is sourced from small farmers in the villages of Roricho, Bulga, and Solena, located around the Refisa Washing Station in West Arsi, Ethiopia. Producers work plots averaging 1-2 hectares at altitudes of 1,900-2,070 masl. Negusse Debela, once known as 'the computer guy' for his computer parts business, discovered specialty coffee during a trip to Minnesota and returned to Ethiopia to found SNAP Specialty Coffee in 2019. Today SNAP operates multiple washing stations and collaborates with partner stations in Gedeo, Guji, and West Arsi zones.”
