“Finca Santa Elena is located in Palo de Campana, Santa Ana on the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador. Established as a coffee plantation around 1930, it is known for very fertile lands and organic production practices, frequently receiving volcanic ash that makes the soil richer. Owner Fernando Lima, a third-generation producer, placed highly in numerous Cup of Excellence competitions and is known for classic flavour profiles and low-intervention processing, meaning his naturals are clean and not full of funk. This naturally processed Bourbon is sweet and clean with some tropical notes and a syrupy body.”
