“A micro-lot from the Serra de Mantiqueira region of Brazil, Fazenda Serra das Tres Barras is produced by José Wagner Ribeiro Junqueira and his family. The farm spans 160 hectares across six properties, producing around 3,500 bags annually. The Mantiqueira de Minas area was the first to receive a geographical indication in the Brazilian coffee industry. This Yellow Bourbon lot is pulped and dried on patios, yielding a clean cup with crisp acidity that defies the typical creamy, nutty Brazil stereotype. The coffee is manually harvested with cloths placed under trees to prevent ground contact. Each box includes QR-coded traceability with detailed sensory analysis and cup score.”
