“A micro-lot from the Serra de Mantiqueira region of Brazil, sourced during a visit to Sitio Da Torre hosted by Alvaro Antônio Pereira Coli and his family. Located in the Minas Gerais state at 900-1,500 masl, the farm is planted predominantly with yellow varieties, especially Yellow Bourbon. This lot was a top pick on the cupping table and carries the Mantiqueira de Minas GI denomination with a minimum 84 SCA score.”
