“Peruvian arabica grown organically by smallholders across the Andes at 1,200-1,600 masl - Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Pache and Typica - picked March to September, then pulped, fermented and washed before drying in the mountain sun. Decaffeinated with the Mountain Water Process: water from Mexico's Pico de Orizaba removes up to 99% of the caffeine, with no chemicals. Craft Decaf itself is not organic certified.”
