Sitting between 1,600 and 1,850 metres above sea level, the cool mountain air and rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for coffees with real clarity and depth. This is a community lot, the collective work of many smallholder farmers across the highlands. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked before being fully washed and carefully sun-dried. A gentle Sugarcane decaf keeps the natural body and character intact.”
