“Rigoberto Herrera doesn't just grow coffee, he chases it to wherever it's growing best. After his farm in Boquete, Panama won Best Coffee of Panama in 2008, he carried Gesha seeds back to Colombia himself, becoming one of the first producers to establish the variety on Colombian soil. This Gesha from Las Margaritas, part of Café Granja La Esperanza, is processed naturally, slowly and carefully, coaxing out a flavour profile that's complex and sweet. A limited quantity single roast coffee.”
