“A 50/50 blend of white honey washed and red honey washed lots from producer Reshad Ababulgu, both JARC 74110 grown at 2,050 masl in Limu, Ethiopia. Blending the florality and complexity of the white honey with the juiciness of the red honey gives the cup its namesake character. Roasted ultra-light (chroma 0.5) for tea-like body and clarity; the roaster recommends resting 4+ weeks and brewing as manual pour-over or a short 'soup shot' espresso.”
